Going its worst repo in industry, no good resource willing to join, most of old skillfull employees left the company, rest are planning to leave. If you are a good boot licker this company is like heaven for you, but no appreciation, motivation or growth for good knowledgable employees. New management treats engineers like factory labours.
Cons
It is like 9 hours jail with cctv installed on your desk, employees are asked and pressurized to work on multiple projects simultaneously for maximum profit, no work life balance which returns frustration.
