- the fast growth and transition from a small company to a global player has come with structural and organizational challanges which are however step by step solved, but still visible: inefficient HR processes, unexperiended management, insufficient top down communication, unlcear responsibilities... - due to the high amount of unexperienced people, project delivery quality suffers, sales overpromises quality and scope which cannot be met by this team - high working load and pressure due to tight dealines
