- Very ineresting projects within (still) a start-up environment - large flexibility and trust from managers on working time and location - large knowledge gain within short time - access to latest technology within the automotive industry - high performance is rewarded with carrer opportinuities - Full flexibility on handling overhours (payment or taking-off), no limit in collecting overhours which is highly unusual - great team environment and mood, very international team with 20+ nationalities (just in Munich office), English as company language

- the fast growth and transition from a small company to a global player has come with structural and organizational challanges which are however step by step solved, but still visible: inefficient HR processes, unexperiended management, insufficient top down communication, unlcear responsibilities... - due to the high amount of unexperienced people, project delivery quality suffers, sales overpromises quality and scope which cannot be met by this team - high working load and pressure due to tight dealines
