      Pros

      Clean and engaging work. The work force is made up of some amazing people.

      Cons

      Severely under paid. Upper management including C-level cant make decisions and dont have anyone's interest in mind other then theirs and dont understand the needs of the work force. Process changes are made and never posted for review or for review. Then blame is given to those the change effects.

The newly appointed Global Executive Team has been enthusiastically embraced both internally and externally

      Cons

      The lingering stigma from past facility closures in North America does not reflect the current employee experience at A2MAC1. In fact, recent reviews on platforms like Glassdoor highlight a much more positive and engaging work environment.
