Decent benefits (good health insurance, 401k matching, flexible work hours), women leadership, will pay to send you to conferences and grow your skillset

Terrible response to COVID Overworks employees - employees usually do the job of 2 to 3 people and when someone leaves, they do not replace them. Management does not seem to understand what employees do or how much work is involved in projects VERY rude clients Too much emphasis on print and not digital Always say "yes" to clients even if it isn't within the scope or budget - meaning projects take longer than the client is paying for
