This is a good place to learn a lot in a short time. Things are quite dynamic due to the smallish workforce but that in turn provides a good learning opportunity. People tend to move around between projects quite a bit which I think is a good thing.
So overall a good place to work and learn
Cons
Only con is that due to being aggressive in terms of releasing features, scheduling gets a little messed up.
