      Pros

      A10 has a strong technical foundation and it is well recognized in the market. It also takes care of its people, I have been in other companies where this is also said but I have found it to be real at A10. It is one of the reasons why I am still here after many years. Great culture and you are provided with all support you need to be successful, the rest is up to you, obviously hard work pays-off.

      Cons

      Cons: OK, it is taking me several minutes trying to figure this out, so I would say I cannot think of any personally, but there must be something!

      Solid team dynamics across departments. Good new training coupled with product. Products work.

      Cons

      As with all OEMs currently, global supply chain has made pricing changes more frequent.

      Pros

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Cons

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
