      Pros

      Great place to work. Compensation and benefits are great. Very lean focused.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings. Workspace is tight and sometimes not very collaborative. they seem to fire a lot of people who have been there for a long time.

      Support for learning and development, work-life balance, all backed by a family who owns the company and wants to see it continue to thrive in the future.

      Cons

      We're a mature player in the industry that has been in a growth and innovation mode, so at times it can feel like we've got too much going on.
