      Ability to work with different restaurants and bars that are part of the A&R portfolio

      Owner is completely unreliable and horrible at communication. He expects you to read his mind and suck up to him all the time. There is no HR manager so there are no processes for accountability or to communicate concerns. People come and go quickly.
