      Great projects and customer base Learn a lot quickly Given great responsibility with great trust, not over managed by managers Little to no procurement issues on ancillary equipment Very smart group of people

      Cons

      Managers too caught up in lean activities rather than focusing on needs of their departments. Took a downturn when in culture when JBT bough them which lead to mass departure former employees would not have left if JBT didn't come in and strongarm a very lucrative business with very smart people but that is the world of capitalism sometimes.

      Pros

      Top notch company well respected with customers for quality, consistency and on time delivery. Assembly crew is the best I have ever worked with fabricating from prints with minimal issues. Always important weld quality for pharmaceutical and food systems makes for the gold standard of process systems. I've known the engineering staff for close to a decade and are some of the best in the business. Always someone to reach out to if you have a question.

      Cons

      Location, location. If you have ever been to the middle of Wisconsin you will find it to be one of the most beautiful areas. That being said for a young professional relocation would be required.

      Anyone above a plant lead is systematically out of touch with what they think employees want, Uncompetitive wages, and severe talent drain to competitors
