Avoid this company if you value professional growth, fair treatment, and competent leadership. The management is highly unprofessional and shows little respect for employees, regardless of their performance, dedication, or achievements. Staff can be terminated without notice, explanation, or any transparent process, creating an environment of uncertainty and mistrust. Instead of providing guidance and support, management frequently shifts blame onto employees and refuses to take accountability for their own decisions. Problems are ignored until someone else is made responsible for them. There is no genuine support system, no appreciation for hard work, and no interest in employee development. Unfortunately, this behavior is not limited to internal operations. The same lack of professionalism is often reflected in how clients are handled, which raises serious concerns about the company's overall standards and leadership. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a stable, respectful, and growth-oriented career.
