Pros

The best part of this company was working closely with other military and EOD operators. Working with the same professionals from the military we left was a big bonus. This made a military to civilian transition easy. A-T Solutions does have some of the best EOD professionals in the world. They have diversified their instructor portfolio with more technical experts outside the field of EOD and it has made a great difference.

Cons

The best part of this company is also the biggest problem in the company. A-T Solutions employs so many former military professionals that some forget they are not in the military anymore. There are so many lost opportunities at the company for advancing their former enlisted personnel into leadership roles that these same people are leaving the company for better opportunities. Former enlisted personnel with advanced degrees, continued education, and more experience are leaving because there is a glass ceiling that is controlled by former military Commissioned Officers. Many of the young former officers may have only seen 8 years in uniform and they are controlling the direction of a company that has a core of former enlisted personnel with much more experience. It is unfortunate.

Pros

A-T Solutions is a very up and coming company. They seem to have vast experience when it comes to their more technical positions. The overall vision of the company is great. Onboarding process was great. My relationship with my direct manager is great. Benefits are fantastic.

Cons

Some departments seem unattentive and lackidasical when it comes to responding. When I've spoken with manager(s) in HR, I've gotten multiple different answer, and what seems like misinformation. One HR manager in particular has told me that she was just 'thrown into the job' and basically had to train herself, which makes me think that she may not be sure of the answers she gives. Which, seems to be a trend. There are SOPs in place but there aren't very specific SOPs to the way an office 'works'. At times, the company seems disorganized - no one takes ownership to any problems that arise, it seems like the blame gets passed around. If a manager wants you gone, they'll make sure you're gone.
