Pros
One of the best reason to work for A Step Forward INC. was that I was able to learn how to deal with others who had drug addiction problem, how listen to them , how to help them understand what they was going though. Most of all I learned how to love myself and others.
Cons
Some of the down sides was when I was unable to help someone. I didn't like when I had to tell grown adults what to do, when to do it and how to do it. One down side was when a client didn't stay to get the help that they needed.
