      Pros

      Counselors have a small case load and that is good because you are able to build a relationship with your clients.

      Cons

      The staff was very unorganized and they were not on the same page. The program was not intense enough to meet the clients needs.

      Pros

      One of the best reason to work for A Step Forward INC. was that I was able to learn how to deal with others who had drug addiction problem, how listen to them , how to help them understand what they was going though. Most of all I learned how to love myself and others.

      Cons

      Some of the down sides was when I was unable to help someone. I didn't like when I had to tell grown adults what to do, when to do it and how to do it. One down side was when a client didn't stay to get the help that they needed.
