      Pros

      The people who own ASF are very passionate about the people they take care of. They are always willing to help you and work with your schedule.

      Cons

      Management wasn't always organized, even though they meant well. Also, no opportunity for upward mobility.

      Pros

      One of the best reason to work for A Step Forward INC. was that I was able to learn how to deal with others who had drug addiction problem, how listen to them , how to help them understand what they was going though. Most of all I learned how to love myself and others.

      Cons

      Some of the down sides was when I was unable to help someone. I didn't like when I had to tell grown adults what to do, when to do it and how to do it. One down side was when a client didn't stay to get the help that they needed.
