      Get a pretty good discount on merchandise. Listen to your own music, if you work in the back. Flexible work scheduled

      Cons

      Owners do not treat employees well. (expect to get yelled at in front of others) Management is lacking, You just have to figure it out. There is no chance for a promotion or advancement.
