      Pros

      I had never done work with a Tree Service company. It is tough, fun and a great challenge. Don't take this job if you aren't willing to pull your weight otherwise the crew will make sure you know it. Work hard it will pay off here.

      Keeping people at the company, making crews feel valued and cutting the fat of those who don't pull their weight.
