The staff here are really friendly, everyone is on a good mission and pretty altruistic. Positive news is something that people want and people here want to make readers/users feel good.
Cons
Top management is a little stale (Chicken Soup for the Soul). The benefits aren't great but the salaries are pretty good, so it's a tough balance.
