Pros
As the owner, the positives I could share would be impartial. But I can share our values: diversity, empathy, equality, inclusion, teamwork and transparency. We strive to leave these values every day as we align with vendor partners, organizations and clients.
Cons
Not enough employees...but stay tuned. The five dogs will be happy when there are more people in the leadership meetings.
