Cons
Pay is an embarrassment to any professional (you may even find yourself below federal minimum wage when all the hours are added up.) Interns at other vendors earn more for their contributions. Pay is sometimes late, coming well after a project concludes. One project did not pay freelancers until almost 6 months after the project wrapped.
