If you are entry level, it's a good way to get in the door and gain a little experience.

Cons

This company hires primarily new graduates and pays virtually nothing which is borderline abusive. The environment is a revolving door of employees, none of which have any hope or opportunity of getting promoted at any point. There are several employees that have been with the company for several years and these people are treated completely different. I imagine if you suck it up and stay for several years, you may advance? It's depressing to go to work. Zero documentation or guidance. Super cheap and unwilling to put in necessary funding to keep employees happy. I feel sorry for everyone that works here.

Very easy interview process.

A very disorganized company with almost zero documentation on anything. The directors are very insecure of their developers and spend countless hours in their office doing the coding themselves while the developers and sitting in the back with nothing to do. A coworker and myself once spend more than 5 week sitting in our cubicles with no work while the director was coding what we were hired to do. Everything is a secret within the company even information needed to complete projects has to be extracted like rare metals. Zero job security. All the developers know that any day can be their last day at the company. All the developers there hate their jobs. Stay away unless you really really need quick money in order to make ends meet.
