Will give you miles , but make you work harder.

Lack of serious communication through all departments. Micro management, system. Basically No one knows, what the other hand is doing. Which means, the only answer you will receive is Iam not Authorized to grant request. Especially if you need products needed out on road. Your pay is 0.50 cents a mile, No chance for increase of pay, Dispatch will belittle you. This pay is rookie pay, Safety Dept is a joke, it's all a click. Turnover is very large, they can't keep drivers. Do not apply here.
