As a company, we value our employee's opinion(s). Hopefully by now, you have settled into your new position and have had a chance to read the Employee Handbook. A-MAX does offer PTO and Sick Time to all eligible employees. Currently, we are reviewing our Total Rewards Package for our employees, and looking at better ways to improve the work life balance at A-MAX. Please note, we practice an "open-door policy," and we always welcome our employees to reach out to our HR Department for any clarification on policies and procedures.
