Great company to work for but it's not perfect! - Manager A-Max Insurance Services Employee Review

I've been employed with A-Max for a little over year. The company has many great leaders and there is always something new to learn. It's a growing company and you have to be able to keep up with the changes. IF you are someone that does not like change then this place is not for you. I have seen many people within the organization promoted to management fairly quickly so they are not about seniority. They promote the best qualified person. That is refreshing since most companies overlook you if you have been with the company a short time.
