      Pros

      I have worked for A-max for 2 years. It was friendly environment and great experience. It is not only a growing company but also I see a personal growth.

      Cons

      There was no consistency of employee to hold the daily work.

      Pros

      Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

      Cons

      Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

      Pros

      Essentially what every job has: lunch and full time job.

      Cons

      No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
