Pros
Tons of overtime if you are wipling to work the longer hours, friendly people at the pickup locations, as a driver you work mostly independent. This is a job for someone who really likes to drive. CIO is fantastic with communication.
Cons
Forced overtime, long drives in horrid traffic throughout LA, Valley, San Bernadino, Riverside, San Diego and the Orange County areas. Lots of miscommunications between order takers and the dispatchers, rude pharmacy staff at certain locations, certain dispatchers are not responsive and leave drivers on standby until the last second and constantly hit them with long opposite direction from homebase drives
