- Family-orientated, once in a while employee hangouts - Some employees been working there for 10+ years - No experience necessary, great for customer service startup career - Employee recognition (as in acknowledging your present) - Snacks & drinks provided - Uniforms provided - Vehicle essentials provided (for drivers only)

Cons

- Management gives harsh attitude to employees during busy hours - Management has no common sense during tough situations - A lot of office software issues, can bring things to a halt. - Your ideas & creativity... you can leave that at home, what boss says must do. - Brings me to the previous bulletin, you must follow exact instruction even if you know another way to complete a task faster and/or easier - You will be accounted for all your mistakes, nothing gets bypassed

flexible hours and full time only works 30hrs, with benefits, bonuses at times, not a lot but appreciate the effort.

Cons

physical job, high paced at times, hospital environment, you are working in urgent care among other parts of the hospital
