Kahn Design is nothing shy of exceptional! The environment is extremely fast paced and requires all individuals to display a high degree of perseverance and tenacity which ultimately raises standards across the team. One of the major call outs is Kahn Designs attitude towards providing the consumer with an outstanding experience. It is very refreshing to be affiliated with an organisation that aims to heighten each and every consumer touch point. You are encouraged to make decisions and actively challenge procedures/processes which I have found extremely refreshing. The business owner promotes pushing boundaries and adopting a continuous improvement mindset which becomes quickly instilled within all team members.
Cons
With most companies, departments can be known to operate in silo however there has been a concentrated effort to promote cross polluniation and improve communications by having regular/structured meetings and enhanced processes.
