Full of promises. None honoured - Sales A. Kahn Design Employee Review

Lots of promises of which there is no intention to honour. Lots of people experience salary reductions based on made up lack of performance. Process and direction changes pretty much every day. Prices given to customers continually change destroying credibility. Product is generally far eastern sourced and sold at incredibly inflated prices. In top management's opinion, the customer is generally wrong and not right. Salaries are poor, poor, poor and expected working hours are Drakonian. No structure. Grand ideas based on the owners most recent friends advice. Some people are employed on family connection rather than intelligence or ability.....some incredibly stupid people with neither intelligence nor integrity work here. Avoid....whatever position you are considering and note how many jobs are advertised and how often !! Revolving door.
