Possibility to work remotely, multilingual environment, some (minimal) cash bonuses if productivity and quality exceeds target.
Cons
The company is a sub-contractor and there is very limited opportunities to optimize the work process, the quality criteria used to determine bonuses are not well defined (vary depending on the person editing the report), employees are often asked to work overtime or do meaningless tasks (such as adding bits to the report, only to have it later removed by someone higher in the hierarchy). The worst thing is that the company's selling point is basically cheap and relatively well-educated labour, which means that nobody seems to care about the time employees waste, due to inefficient organization of the work tasks or inconsistent assessment and quality criteria. As an employee it is quite demoralizing to know that your time and efforts are worth nothing!
