Small firm - nimble - easy decision making processes. Very inspiring colleagues (only 40-50 people) - most come from McKinsey or other big consulting firms. High-calibre clients (from pharma to banks to agri) Annual retreat to Switzerland where all employees get together for a long weekend to discuss strategy and plans
Cons
There is a lack of structure. Don't work here if you're not self-motivated and just prefer to wait for work to come your way. This is a place where the possibilities are almost limitless, and you catch the bull by the horns, propose your ideas, and lead initiatives.
