Pros

None other than you have a small paycheck.

Cons

Absolute toxic environment. You’ve got a few people that are in the end club and everybody else is just under a microscope. You better hope you can come in and sell right out of the gate or you’ll be getting let go up for absolutely no reason. And good luck trying to sell when your price higher than the competition, bleeding customers left and right and the customers that have stuck around can typically tell you at at least two or three bad stories. No sales tools, no sales collateral, nobody leading the ship. Total good old boys club at the top with zero appreciation for employees. Don’t walk, run.

Pros

Great management. Doesn’t scrimp and penny pinch for things that are needed. They are mindful of productivity and time management, but that is to be expected.

Cons

High employee quality standards, which is a good thing for customers, bad thing when there is shallow labor pool.

Cons

One of the most toxic, poorly run companies I've ever worked for. There's no room to advance unless you brown-nose Wayne (owner). There's no place here for people with decent work ethic. And remember, no matter how long you work here, how dedicated you are, how hard you work, or how good you are at your job, they WILL screw you over one day. All Wayne cares about is money! Just to show you how bad it is there: they have LOST at least 1,000 customers per year every year that I worked there for 5 and a half years. They are hemorrhaging customers left and right. This company is a sinking boat, get out while you can!
