Pros

I worked here for awhile. On the plus side, if you want to work from home and have inside sales experience, you will most likely be hired. And the owner is a great lady.

Cons

There are many. Pay is way low. When I was he re, it was ten an hour which was crazy. If you set a certain amount of appointments it does go up to 20 an hour. The problem is you are calling from old lists and old data, that has been called dozen s of times. The data quality is very poor . So the chances of getting an appointment, no matter how good you maybe, go down. I was yelled at by many of these companies because they had been called and called and kept saying no. Fresh data would have been great.

Pros

The hours were somewhat flexible. The owner was fairly nice initially, and started off encouraging.

Cons

The industry this company focuses on is a highly saturated one, and the expectations were a bit high, even for someone who has worked under high pressure situations. The data given to call on has been called so many times with no results, and yet different results are expected from new callers. The first week is encouraging, and if you set an appt, there is a lot of encouragement. The second week, while still calling on old data...the attitude from mgmt changes, and pressure and cautioning about being let go is put on, as if that could change the results from old data. Initially compensation was said to be $20/hr, but it was really $10 with the possibility of earning more if you can actually make appts from the data.
