Cons
@properties prides itself on it's welcoming and fun culture and it is just the opposite. In the marketing dept, promotions and career advancement are based on your friendship with the CMO. The CMO and leaders in this department are unorganized and seem to be clueless of what is actually happening. The CMO seems to communicate another narrative to upper management when the majority of the department is unhappy. Marketing prides themselves off of being innovative and creative but ideas are stolen from other companies in other markets. The designers are treated like sweatshop workers. Designers hard work is often overlooked and dismissed. If you want to be overworked and vastly underpaid, this is the place for you.
