Great company - Software Engineer 9xb Employee Review

I've worked at 9xb for almost two years and I have loved every minute of it. My career (and personal) progression whilst I've been at 9xb has being dramatic. I can't thank the team and my Manager enough for the opportunities I've had whilst working here. From one-off campaigns to website builds, I've been given so many different projects to work on. Every day is different, and boredom isn't an option! There's a huge range of clients, from large ecommerce sites to SME's, all with different requirements and objectives. Support within the company is fantastic and you'll never be made to feel like you're on your own. The entire team are great and make for a fun office environment with plenty of banter. Staff nights out are fairly regular, and you'll enjoy the free lunch every month. If you're looking for the next step up in your career, you'll love it here.

I joined 9xb in a brand new role for the business and have received tremendous support from the whole team to help me be successful. The wealth of expertise and can do attitude means everyone is extremely focused on achieving great results for clients and pushing the business forward. There is no micro-managing, with a clear understanding of expectations from the top down, and the autonomy to get on with the job. Hard work is rewarded both financially and in terms of career progression. Our recent and previous award wins are testament to this and also show the array of cool eCommerce projects we get to work on.

With 9xb set to overachieve sales target again this month, and a healthy pipeline, the only concerns are maintaining staffing levels so we can continue to offer a great service to clients.
