Nothing much as per my case

Provides excellent training and you need to submit the training projects on time(you'll be made to do it :P) which gives some confidence for a fresher. Very good and friendly marketing team(I am placed before the training was completed). Fair billing. They dont change the PO's as most of the employers does and attract you with % or extra provisions. Quick response to employees from HR, Technical and Marketing teams and also managers. The team takes more responsibility than most of the people looking for job in terms of training and placement.

Did not find anything till now...hope they dont give that chance.
