      Pros

      At 9th Way they truly treat you like part of a family. You aren't just a number and never will be treated like a number. They promote from within first before looking outside of the company so there is always room for advancement.

      Cons

      You may not get the highest paying job here since we are small, but the compensation in benefits and being part of something where you can contribute and make a difference goes a long way. Did I mention they treat you like family?! ;-)

      Pros

      Leadership team focus on customer success and always have their PMs and staff work for a high level of customer satisfaction

      Cons

      Sometime management makes decision and gut managers or other contributors of the company success without any regrets or explanations. It can go from being a great place to work to a total back stabbing nightmare overnight.
