      Pros

      All of the prior positive reviews are false & misleading. They were clearly written by the owner. The only "long term" employees here are back office help, living in the Philippines.

      Cons

      Many. Poor leadership. Unorganized, and unrealistic sales goals. No actual plan to move forward. Below NYC market compensation equals high turnover

      Great team of people who felt accountable toward one another. Willing to put the customer -and one another- first in order to achieve great things while also making money.
