Pros
Great culture, half day Fridays, opportunity for growth & the ability to make your job into what you want it to be. This is a place where everyone is genuinely pursuing a common goal. Since this is a global company, you have the chance to talk to clients all over the world. Great downtown location & dog-friendly office environment.
Cons
Getting paperwork pushed through with corporate takes longer than would be ideal, parking can be frustrating especially during bad weather, and the temperature in the office is always either very cold or very hot.
