944 has a very fun and engaging environment. In a stylish office space, free red bull and unlimited amounts of social opportunities, 944 is very hip and chic in the city.

The downsides are that the magazine has little positive presence in the city of San Francisco, the sales associates are encouraged to embellish or lie about sales and numbers and there is little growth for advancement in the company.
