Apart from our core business responsibilities, the challenging part is handling additional tasks from management that aren't directly related to our business goals. As a senior engineer, there's an expectation to continuously support the team on these initiatives. However, with tasks constantly being delegated down, it ends up cutting into the time we have for actual product development.
