      Pros

      The front line workers are very dedicated to their jobs, and truly want to serve clients. Not so with upper managment.

      Cons

      The agency is a revolving door. No one stays very long. Grant funding is being pulled by grantors for failure to follow guidelines. We are constantly being audited by compliance officers and keep failing. When I left I realized they agency has a very poor reputation in Pensacola.

      Pros

      The camaraderie within the programs and the company are unsurpassed. Every person has selfless compassion for the job they are doing. It's intensive case management, and require employees to be adults and trust worthy in order to be mentors for customers they serve. It's a fluid company ever changing, so if changes are a problem, not the place for you.

      Cons

      That there is not a 90Works program in every state.
