      Pros

      Met some great people until they are demanded not to speak with others who have been let go,things have especially went down since Stacy Ray left who really was known in the community as the company leader and she truly cared about workers and customers

      Cons

      Upper management is very Toxic in particular Cate Jordan using bully tactics, scare tactics Upper management really doesn't care about the actual people they are paid to serve they are the real ones that will be suffering due to the turnover rate within within this company which is often due to the very toxic environment,

      Pros

      The camaraderie within the programs and the company are unsurpassed. Every person has selfless compassion for the job they are doing. It's intensive case management, and require employees to be adults and trust worthy in order to be mentors for customers they serve. It's a fluid company ever changing, so if changes are a problem, not the place for you.

      Cons

      That there is not a 90Works program in every state.
