      Pros

      Employees are friendly and hard working. Most are some of the best people I have ever worked with

      Cons

      The culture is toxic and the tone at the top is oppersive and makes working there miserable. Turnover is high because of this and top management is bullying and has, at the least, borderline fraudulent behavior.

      Thank you for your feedback. But, I am confused about what you think is fraudulent at 90Works since we have had successful and unqualified fiscal audits since 1983?

      Pros

      The camaraderie within the programs and the company are unsurpassed. Every person has selfless compassion for the job they are doing. It's intensive case management, and require employees to be adults and trust worthy in order to be mentors for customers they serve. It's a fluid company ever changing, so if changes are a problem, not the place for you.

      Cons

      That there is not a 90Works program in every state.
