An org with a really well run internal culture that is diverse and supportive. Super impactful mission and a great community of educators.

Sometimes they might be too flexible and nice with employees. Many service side roles are hard, but teaching isn't for everyone. Education certainly will keep you on your toes, especially working in low income schools.

The company culture is open, welcoming, and fosters an environment where everyone feels heard and valued. Communication across teams is exceptional, and leadership genuinely listens to feedback and implements positive changes based on employee input. The work itself is incredibly fulfilling, providing a strong sense of purpose and satisfaction. I felt supported throughout my time here and loved being part of such an engaged and positive team.

The workload can be demanding at times, and the pay isn't as competitive as it could be. However, despite these challenges, the meaningful nature of the work and the supportive environment made the overall experience worthwhile.
