the pay isnt so good, but the Job isnt very difficult

Work online, or from anywhere you have great wifi. Get to speak to wonderful people around the world. Based on your personal effort, personal training and growth and love for the job it self, you can really see the impact you have on people.

Very little support, no training for improvement, safety expectations and trainings with cero solutions, nor materials are given to work, had to use my own equipment and invest money. Poor organization, no idea of the company culture, its values, no job reviews, no knowledge available of ones progress...basically on your own. If you ask for any constructive criticism or in what areas are needed to be improved, there was never an answer, therefore affecting the student/client. Your experience does not affect your pay, you can be the best teacher in the company your pay is not a reflection of it. Very poor pay, for such an expensive course, and the method is still the same. More profit for the same method, but salaries stay the same. No timetable flexibility.
