1. Boss sometimes gives a talk, try to brain wash u.
2. low salary for new staffs.
3.middle-level leaders are bad. (They want u to focus on work only, not letting you go to toilet and drink water, which is ridiculous)
4. no work-life balance.
5. sacrifice game quality in order to make money.
