Pros
- The colleagues from the local office are great, good professionals that are always willing to help and have a positive attitude - Local office is state of the art and the location is very nice
Cons
- Poor product management, products are created mostly out of personal opinion and not much thought is put into it or using the right tools - Micromanagement done by the book, no empowerment or autonomy, lots of status checks to make sure you are doing your job - Chaotic with shifting priorities for no good reason - No career path in the company as management positions are kept at HQ - Very poor level of skill for the managers, not that professional and not focused on the growing employees - No time allocated to learn, almost no trainings - Feedback is sometimes requested and discussed but not applied, only the false assurance that you should speak up
