      Pros

      Joining a new company can be daunting but everyone here is so supportive and the culture is so diverse that it's extremely easy to make friends and feel like you belong here from the start. Nobody gets left out and everyone is more that happy to help you with anything. Work culture is laid back and fun while still being professional and hard working. You are also offered a range of amazing benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, bike to work scheme , life insurance, flexible working hours and many more. Work-life balance is great. We are treated to summer parties, Christmas party, team nights out, Halloween quizzes and many other team bonding activities. Management are approachable and understanding. Overall best company I have worked in so far.

      Thank you for taking the time to share this review! We really appreciate your feedback shared, especially with regards our friendly culture and benefits. We are surprised to read that you have found it difficult to grow professionally, as one thing we are very proud of in this company are our internal movements, promotions and career progression - of which we have had many over the years. Your Line Manager and the HR Team would always have been pleased to give you some guidance on this matter. Further to this, we always keep our salary ranges in line with market rates, and continually benchmark these across the industry, and this is also something you could have raised in confidence with your Line Manager and/or the HR Team.
