Every department run differently and interprets the “rules” differently. Company culture is a huge thing and you must wear the logo (which you have to purchase everything through the company with no discounts) if you are looking to go into a department with female vps… run the other direction as fast as you can.
They don’t care about paying standard salaries you will 100% get low balled and they will claim the incentive will make up for it…. It won’t. Male leads are better leads within the company.
