      Meet and work with lots of great people. Learn things daily. Always chances for success and rewards. You make what you earn.

      Cons

      Need to update computer soft wear for stores and associates that travel. Need to update some of the compensation such as fuel allowance and travel.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
